How long does production and delivery take?
Turnaround times depend heavily on the type of product. Generic trophies and medals from our catalog can often be engraved and dispatched within a week. Completely custom die-cast medals or custom enamel pins generally take 3 to 4 weeks for molding and production. We highly recommend contacting us early, but if you have a rush deadline, let us know and we will do everything physically possible to accommodate you.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For items from our standard catalog (generic trophies, stock medals, corporate glass awards), there is generally no minimum order quantity—we happily supply single items! However, for completely bespoke, custom-minted medals or custom enamel pins, there are minimum production runs (usually starting around 50 to 100 units) to make the custom molding process cost-effective for you.
Can you use our existing club or company logo?
Absolutely. Customising awards with your unique branding is our specialty. We ask that you provide your logo in a high-resolution format (preferably a vector file like .EPS, .AI, or a high-quality .PDF). Our design team will then adapt it for laser engraving, sublimation printing, or 3D metal casting, depending on the product you choose.
Do you ship to regional areas outside of Western Australia?
